Jennifer Lapioli

Jennifer Lapioli has dedicated over 20 years to championing the health and safety of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community. As the CEO and founder of Forward Living Corporation, Jennifer leads with integrity and transparency, always striving to set a positive example.

Her extensive experience is complemented by several leadership certifications, underscoring her commitment to excellence. Jennifer firmly believes in treating everyone with dignity and respect, advocating for the right of each individual to experience all aspects of their community. By setting realistic and personalized goals, she ensures that everyone has the opportunity to pursue their dreams.
